Every person we have come in contact with at this dealership was terrific! We are in the beginning of the purchase and thus far Mr White, Kaleb and Logan have made everything understandable and clear—- while making us feel comfortable.

My car is under warranty and the transmission is bad....

My car is under warranty and the transmission is bad. (my first what? ) 2019 bought with 5 miles ............It has been there for 5 weeks. waiting on a lift to put it on to even see what was wrong I think that was 2 weeks then waiting on parts not all arrived but all where in the USA? (my second what? ) then waiting on the lift (I guess they only have 1!!) Then waiting on the mechanic then the mechanic was sick then not all the parts showed up. One loaner truck and 40 people on the wait list (my third what? ) and now some part broke when they put it back together and waiting on the lift again............. could be several more weeks. To say I"m beyond disappointed. The GMC wrecker service for my warranty said we don't take cars to Classic Chevy...... I wish I would have listened... used my own towing service to get it to a dealer in Owasso. Lessoned learned. And if they call one more time asking to buy my car or sell me a car I'm going to get really nasty............... My patience is over.

Stay away from Classic Chevrolet

“Stay away from Classic Chevrolet”. On Aug 23 2021 we purchased a 2018 Colorado. We wanted to be sure the vehicle had 2 keys. The salesman, David, assured us there were 2 keys. We even asked to see both keys and David told us the other key was “on the manager’s desk”. The truck also had a check engine light on and we were assured that it “probably needed an oil change” and “hadn’t been through service yet”. We mentioned all of this to the finance guy David handed us off to, named Zach. Zach ensured us it would only take 5-7 days to “go through service” and wrote on a sheet of paper that we needed to have a 2nd key if one didn’t exist. Days and weeks passed with no word about the truck. Finally, I called the service dept and spoke with Phillip, who informed me there were a number of significant issues with the truck causing the check engine light and that they were waiting on parts from GM. I immediately contacted Zach to ask about an extended warranty. Zach said we could get the warranty but that he needed to get the “right software” installed on his computer. More days and weeks passed. Zach did not return my calls, texts, or emails. The only person who would take my calls was Phillip – who was very good at keeping me updated on the needed parts. Finally, I called Chevrolet customer service to see about getting the warranty. They couldn’t assist me either. I emailed and left messages for Rusty Banks (the GM) and asked for help – he never returned my calls or the email. 52 DAYS LATER we were finally told the truck was ready. We expected the paperwork for the warranty and BOTH keys to be ready as well. They were not. David acted as though there had never been any mention of a 2nd key – even though we had paperwork to prove it. Zach “wasn’t available” and no one else the in finance dept was willing to help. We were told to “call back tomorrow”. More days and weeks passed with no returned calls or emails from Classic. I finally decided to file a complaint with the BBB and wouldn’t you know it … all the sudden Rusty Banks is calling me to say how sorry he is about the whole situation. Sorry is right – sorry excuse for a GM, sorry excuse for a dealership. Let’s be clear: Rusty knew what was going on back in September when I called and emailed him. He only cared about it when I filed with the BBB in November. The worst part about this whole experience is that we did NOT want to buy a vehicle in the first place. We were forced to because our current vehicle was stolen. So thanks Classic for making a terrible situation EVEN WORSE. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Today I was finally able to obtain the 2nd key – 81 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. Just to be clear: Phillip, Mike and Greg in the service department were great but Rusty Banks, Zach Reynolds, and David are sorry excuses for men and I pity the women in their lives.
