Had a great experience purchasing with Suburban
Had a great experience purchasing with Suburban Chevrolet. I was purchasing from out of state but Jerome was quick to answer all of my questions as well as provide several photos. He picked me up from the airport when I arrived into town which was some great customer service, and most importantly they got me a great deal on a clean vehicle. Unfortunately, two months later no documentation or Bill of sale has been received causing me to have to get an extension on registration. The dealership first blamed the state and said they’d send it once it returns from them. No follow up and now they have started to ignore my messages. They ruined an initially great experience as soon as they got paid.
