We live 45 minutes from Broken Bow, where the dealership is located. My husband had taken a long trip and needed to have the oil changed when he got back. The only available appointment was over a week out, but we took it. The service manager, Gary, told us that if we could leave the pickup one day before then, he would try to "work it in". We did leave it on a Monday, and he did get the service done that day! We appreciated him saving us a trip back to town!
