They give the word “car salesman “ a whole new meaning! They are upfront and honest to avoid wasting anyone’s time. They won’t lie or promise the moon knowing they can’t deliver.! had the pleasure of doing business with Mike who went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! I had to wait for a few months for the exact vehicle to be delivered and it paid off! I was a very happy girl who drove away in my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax 2RS and still smile everytime I drive it! The finance department worked diligently to make the numbers work for my budget and I wanted to say thank you to that department as well as to my salesman and friend Mike. I worked with Mike for close to 8 months to get into the car I really wanted which was the 2024 Chevrolet Trax 2RS! It took a while for the one that I wanted to finally arrive due to the fact they were such a desired vehicle they would be sold by the time they arrived . but being so popular a they were sold by the time vehicle I wanted. The only reason it took a while is due to the fact this particular vehicle is so popular they sold them before the vehicles arrived! But patience and my salesman going the extra mile finally paid off. I left a very happy customer . I will purchase my next vehicle with Knipplemier when the time comes to trade in on a newer model. They do not make promises they can’t keep and they don’t promise you something just to get you inside their dealership just to tell you oh we can’t do this or that! I called several dealerships and Knipplemier kept every promise they made. They didn’t waste my time or get my hopes up just to let me down. They came out number 1 dealership out of at least 6 different ones in the surrounding areas. I’m a happy girl with my pretty 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS! The finance department also worked diligently to put me in the vehicle I really wanted and have done the same for all of my family for years ! This is my favorite place to purchase my vehicles. The dealership is super clean, fast, friendly. Mark Russell greeted us and was great from the start! He was down to earth, a VETERAN, and talked with us about what we were looking for. No hassle, less than an hour later we left with the vehicle we wanted and Mark made it so hassle free and easy with zero pressure. We don't buy but every few years, but next time we do, it will be Knippelmier, and if Mark is there, he will be our sales guy!
