Drove 3 hours to look at a car I found on Carfax, first
Drove 3 hours to look at a car I found on Carfax, first red flag that I should have walked away was the paperwork trying to charge a different amount. My husband got that fixed we did deny the warranty that was offered and didn't realize that after we drove back home the 3 hours and parked I'd find an oil leak in our driveway. When reaching back out to them the text response was "We offered you the warranty. " So now after owning a vehicle for 4 hours now I can't drive it until we get it to the shop to see whats wrong with it. Last time I'll ever get a car there and won't recommend them to anyone I know, I know thats not gonna hurt them but thought the not so great reviews should be shared also.
