I spoke to a lady on the phone and informed her I was traveling from Michigan. I expressed I didn't want to waste my time driving if the car had issues. The photo online was a stock photo. She assured me the vehicle was in great shape, went through a inspection....I even kept in touch with her via text messages on my journey there. I arrived 2 1/2 hours later, was told the lady I was speaking to works upstairs answering phones. He helped locate the Explorer I was interested in, and drove it around for my husband & I to look at it and test drive. It was in TERRIBLE condition! It was dented, severely scratched not only the paint but almost all the trim had looked like they had polished it with steelwool! Needless to say I did not test drive it. I thanked the young man who helped us and drove 2 1/2 hours back home! Very Disappointing to say the least@

Bought a car over a month ago and still have no title. The car is now just sitting there because I cannot drive due to expired temp tag. Call several times to my sales person and same old xx. They charged me extra and told me it was to transfer title. Shame on me..they got there sale and ran..no returned calls back..

Their inspection report showed no problems, but they must have known about the leaky catalytic converter/flex pipe because they pumped the car full of so much fragrance that you couldn't smell the exhaust leak - faced a $5000 repair bill the week after buying it. My fault for thinking that their inspection report meant anything, I guess. ALSO: DO NOT BELIEVE THE "INTERNET PRICING" - that price is only if you go with GM financing which is several percentage points higher on interest than anything else. If you use other financing, prepare to see several thousands added to the sale price. They earn a point back because their service department seems efficient and friendly.
