Based on my experience, this place was extremely disappointing. I encountered what felt like questionable pricing practices, a rude sales manager, and vehicles being sold despite known issues. The sales manager was misleading and very unprofessional in my interactions. Be cautious if you plan to buy a used car here. The online price did not reflect the final purchase price I was quoted, as additional costs were introduced later in the process. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of my worst buying experiences. The salesperson was fine, and the finance manager was professional. In my opinion, this dealership takes advantage of less-informed buyers. I could say much more, but I strongly recommend doing thorough research and considering other options before purchasing here.

Would not recommend buying from this dealer. We purchased a Corvette in June 25. We found it on Auto Trader and what was attractive was the the free shipping. We are 3 hours away in Pennsylvania. Purchasing wasn't necessarily an issue. But beware, they do not accept out of state financing. Wasn't really a problem as we planned and did refinance through our credit union. However, they did not tell us this until it was time to sign forms. It was insisted that we finance through GM and maintain GM for at least 6 months before refinancing. Then comes delivery. Papers were signed on a Saturday. So one would expect within a few days. Nope. Had to wait until financing went through which turned out to be late Wednesday. It was then they decided to schedule delivery. We were told delivery would be Friday. Friday evening we are calling our sales rep sam and he had no idea where they were. Saturday we were told they arrived Friday after they closed. OK, so we thought it's coming today. Nope. Again, Sam couldn't give us an answer as to when the car would even be picked up. monday, i'm told definately delivery for tuesday. So I had to schedule a day off of work. Guess what, more of the same. No idea when they (shipper) would be there to get the car. Finally able to speak to a manager and was told it's gonna be Thursday. To my suprise it was. However, cheaply shipped. I expected it to be shipped enclosed. Nope on an arched trailer. Further, it took 2.5 hours to unload because they didn't bring the proper ramps to offload a car that low. Then we waited all summer for the title. At least they were good enough to reissue 3 temp tags without charge. But we were stuck making higher payments because we couldn't refinance without the title. I'm guessing there was a commission earned but can't verify. We were told that they were short staffed and couldn't get the title sent out. All in all, bypass this dealership. Not an enjoyable experience.

Horrible service. Waited way too long. Took it in for an oil change and check engine light. The car came back with the light still on. They took it back and said it was throwing a different error now. Supposedly reset the system, but the check engine light never went off. They could fix the next error for $231. Will never go back.
