I came in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and a 20,000 mile check up on my 2023 Chevy Equinox. I was greeted by Ann in the service department; she finished her phone call and promptly got my car taken back for service. Ann answered my questions about touch up paint and came in to show me my oil filter and air filter to see if I wanted them replaced and advised me the technician advised my wiper blades be replaced. She told me the approx. cost of the items. I asked Ann what she knew about the extended warranty I was being offered over the phone, they had said they were affiliated with Chevy of Troy. Ann took me to see Taylor in financing. She looked p the information and I am meeting with her soon to discuss the particulars It was great to see Taylor again! She sold me my car and remembered me as soon as I walked up to the window. She sold me my car. Everyone here is courteous, pleasant and strives to help you.

Total INTEGRITY! Not like all the other low prices advertised on the internet who had all kinds of crazy add on?s and hidden fees. One even didn?t include freight with their advertised price and when I looked into it further it could have been $998.00-$1998.00! Was able to buy it for the advertised price, no hassle for not buying additional warranties or Ziebart treatment. Salesman Kevin Bauer was a pro and he made it easy to make the deal. I VERY highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was nice and friendly.
