Horrendous customer service and service department.
Horrendous customer service and service department. Came in with a warranty issue. They said the check engine light was a misfire and wasn’t covered under warranty and charged $200 to do literally nothing to the car. When questioned they got rude and unprofessional. Beware they will scam you and smile about it.

Went there to get a marker light replaced in the front,
Went there to get a marker light replaced in the front, oil, change, tire rotation. I was told also, the same side headlight was out as the marker light, which I approved for them to replace . I picked up The truck, started the engine, noticed that the check engine light was on, also the heater fan made a loud noise. immediately went back in, service manager came out, checked it, when he came back, the check engine light was out. He said he could not explain the engine, check, light, and that when they checked the cabin filter, some debris must have wrapped around the fan. Did not offer to fix it. The next day I noticed that the marker light was still out, and that the windshield fluid was not completely filled. Like the receipt said.Bill came to $245.00. Returned the following day and spoke to the service manager, explaining what I had found and that evidently the workers do not follow through and check the work they do. Also, how do I know anything was checked? He offered me no satisfaction. But did tell me the motor could burn up from the heater because of the fan and I shouldn’t use it. It did not make a sound before I took it there. Only promising to call me the same day, which never happened. To me it seems that I have to pay someone else to take the headlight assembly out, replace this bulb that I went there for and forced to replace the air cabin filter and unfreeze the fan blade. Which will not be free. Previously, my last oil change, tire rotation there, the mechanic forgot to replace my valves stem caps. When I returned, they told me they couldn’t get them. They were gone basically too bad. This is a Chevy dealership they are supposed to be top-notch mechanics, and charge top dollar.
