Called to inquire about a vehicle that was over an hour
Called to inquire about a vehicle that was over an hour away. I tried to make an offer over the phone to avoid the travel but was refused sevice due to "must come in to make an offer." Not only do these types of business practices hurt potential immediate sales, but also future ones. As an ops manager myself, I would recommend reviewing this policy or risk losing customers. I would not ever recommend buying or attempting to buy from this dealership. Kelly was the individual I spoke with. To say that she was less than helpful is an understatement.

Was shopping for a used Silverado.
Was shopping for a used Silverado. Looked at a 2018 they had that was priced a little high. Was looking to pay cash or finance for the right deal. I understand dealers make money on loans. No problem. Said the cash price was 3k above advertised price. Sales woman kept wanting to talk payments etc. the usual xx. Told her I was only concerned about the out the door price. I made a reasonable low side offer. She came back a few minutes later and handed me her business card and said they couldn’t do that and to call if I changed my mind. No counter offer etc. can’t remember her name as I tossed the business card on the way to the next dealer. Found a similar truck with only 5k more miles and no scratch on the bed. Paid 2k out the door cash less than their “friends” financed “deal”. Next day I get a call from another sales person asking if I was still interested in the truck and if had any questions. Ya one question, are you really looking to sell cars or play games. Never been there before and will never be back.

I bought my truck here.
I bought my truck here. Sales was great but service.... who ever heard of dropping your vehicle off over night to get an oil change? Isn't that what an appointment is for? Then when they did do the oil change, nothing was greased, the Def fluid wasn't topped off, all things that are advertised. I questioned the service rep about it and was told it's not good to continually top off your Def fluid. Give me a break. I gave up on the "free" oil changes I had left. The tailgate switch quit working. It's still under warranty but yet I was told I may have to pay for it to get fixed and leave it for a couple days. I took it to Sierra Chevy and it was fixed while I waited and told ahead of time it was covered under warranty.
