I was very impressed with Greenwood Hubbard. Every dealership has a atmosphere, you feel it when you walk in. The employee's make this said atmosphere good or bad and it's GOOD @ Greenwood !!. Dana was awesome, helping me to relax and enjoy the experience of purchasing a new vehicle. she was also very knowledgeable of the 2025 Trax I was interested in. Accolades to this Dealership !!

I actually took some work to do while I waited and before
I actually took some work to do while I waited and before I knew it, the car was done! Oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. Thanks to Tom Black, who is awesome and cares about his customers.

Service needs improvement. Tired of calling for the general problems this new car has and when getting service it's either not performed properly or at all.
