We came in for a simple front headlights bulb change.
We came in for a simple front headlights bulb change. I would’ve done it myself, but the whole bumper needs to come off to replace the headlights on this model. We were quoted $160 for both bulbs to be replaced, but when I got there they said they couldn’t do it for less than $280!! I suggest you go elsewhere for service!👍🤑

After $800 worth of service work, car had grease on the
After $800 worth of service work, car had grease on the door arm rest , outer A pillar, hood, tech broke/tore the factory insulator between the engine & battery, service manager recommended fuel injector clear, spark pug & radiator, but never told us about the code for the driver seat memory module low power, then stated after being asked why, that not why you brought it in. Neither was the radiator, spark plugs of fuel injector cleaning, when ask for a copy, he refused. This guy, Travis the Service Manager, clearly does not want customers cars fixed or money for the dealership. He should be removed, especially after his attitude. I will be leaving Google reviews as well. This is the second time the service department has screwed us over. Why would he not want the car to be repaired fully as well as receive our money for the repairs, everything he recommended we bought. Service Manager ????? Really????? Never again....Spreading the word about this guy.
