Trying to call service department to schedule to get my truck fixed and no answer for over 30 minutes twice so can you recommend me a service department that will answer their xxxx phone Or maybe you can get a hold of a Ford dealership that would call me back or Toyota

if you want a dealership that stands behind their vehicle
if you want a dealership that stands behind their vehicle this is not the place to go. I bought a car from them in three days after I bought it. The check engine light came on. They wanted me to drive hours to come fix it and offered no alternative. Supposedly they sell cars all over the country but yet they expected me to drive hours to fix something on a car that was three days old. When I called to ask people didn’t return my phone call and it ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. Do not go to this dealership
