I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a used 2022 vehicle with ~53k miles. I have driven less than 700 miles since my purchase a few months ago and will have to replace my tires. I brought this up the next day and brought it in as when I had test driven and bought, it was snowing hard, was getting into the evening, and was unable to see the complete lack of tread on the front passenger tire. They tried to tell me all their testing proved the bald tire was “safe to drive on” despite what my eyes can see. To let a new customer drive off with a bald tire when pointed out is poor service and unsafe. Additionally, some maintenance messages came up within driving the vehicle a couple hundred miles. These messages indicate the vehicle needs an oil change as well as the fact the 50k mile service was NEVER done. So between the cost of tires and needing the maintenance that should have been completed before purchase, I’ll be out almost $2000 when I have put under 1k miles on the vehicle. Be careful purchasing here. They do not back up what they promise.

No good with my repairs!
No good with my repairs! Like still need repair on my tire senor. Not happy at all, just to come in for a couple of things repairs from 3/11 to 3/17/ 2025.

Austin Chapman is one of the most wonderful people I have
Austin Chapman is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Buying a car from him was a completely pleasant experience. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy.
