Service quoted incorrect price for battery, once my vehicle was in for service they quoted me a much higher price. Very unfriendly service department. Would not recommend.

Had an appointment set for 8/29 at 1030am.
Had an appointment set for 8/29 at 1030am. Dropped off my 2003 Corvette for check engine light - BCM, AC not blowing cold air and fog light switch not working. Advisor told me that no Tech available until Tuesday 9/2. Also would have 3 diagnostic charges for $250, $150 and $150. Not sure why you would schedule service only to wait another 3 days and charge me to tell me that I need repairs. Understand those charges if I refused service but that in addition to the repairs was extremely expensive and in my opinion was gouging the prices. No call on Tuesday so I called Wednesday 9/3 around noon to see what the status was. Advised Tech still hadn?t looked at my vehicle. Advisor would reach out when he knew more. Couple hours later he advised needed 2 relays and some debris causing the AC not to blow cold. Advised around $$1350 if go for repairs. What option do you have when already in for $550 diagnostic fee. Repairs made and picked up vehicle on Friday 9/5. Will definitely look elsewhere before I take my corvette there for any service.

I brought my car in for repairs after a minor accident. I was originally told it would take 6–10 days to complete. Instead, it took 21 days, and during that time, I was left without a rental. I clearly communicated that I just needed an honest timeline to plan around, but I was repeatedly misled with shifting dates and vague promises. It wasn’t until my mother called to complain that the dealership finally prioritized my car — something I had been asking for all along. I was told by Mike that I'd be given a couple of oil changes to make up for the inconvenience and that he’d follow up. I’ve since called four times and never heard back. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet clearly does not prioritize customers, fails to communicate honestly, and does not follow through on their promises. I strongly recommend going to any other Chevrolet dealership. Save yourself the hassle — you deserve better.
