This review is only for service. I had a horrible experience with the service at this location. I brought my car in to have an oil change, and to have them diagnose my transmission and exhaust leak. I selected a time to drop my car off for an appointment time of 12:30 on Monday. I dropped the car off on Sunday so they can have it all day Monday. I was told that they will need it Tuesday for the additional work. To which i was totally fine with. On Tuesday i was told "i should have an estimate by tomorrow (Wednesday) at the latest's. So yet again, im like - ok, the car is there keep it Wednesday. I was told to keep that they will pull it in and start the warranty work on Wednesday - i called for an update, texted an update and no response. Tuesday was Thanksgiving so naturally, nobody is working. Friday comes around - no update, Saturday comes aground, no update. I call for an update and the lady on the help desk said she would ask her manager for an update - 3 hours later and still no update. I decided to pick the car up on sunday. They did not even get to change my oil as they "are a big outfit and just dont work that way". I know i had additional things to be checked out, but having my car from Monday to Sunday (omit Thursday) and not changing my oil at the least is embarrassing for a service department. At the LEAST they could have been like - we wont get to your car this week, do you want the oil change and re-schedule the rest of the service. The keeping me on the hook the entire time that is what is unacceptable. Do you guys think everyone has an extra car they can get to work and bus their kids around? Funny enough, reading through other reviews, and actually overhearing other customer say "my car has been here for two hours I'm taking it back" seems like the service manager does not know how to manage the service department. If you're so backed up, hire more or close the intake. Avg days from car entering the shop to completed should be 3 days MAX. Do not work with Jayla. Now i have to take off MORE time before a trip to get my oil change.
