We had an appointment to look at a new camaro. We drove 1hr 20 minutes to check out the car and make a deal. When we got there they didn't have any new camaros. Oops. Extremely disappointing and upset. Went through 3 people and all are clueless. But what really ruffled my feathers is my kbb trade in value for my 2012 camaro is $16500 to $17800. And they had the nerve to offer me $12000 after all that!!! REALLY??? They aren't going to see a penny from me. You guys messed up bigtime because i was ready to write the check! They were a great dealer to buy the new car from. But when I had the letter sent to me from GM about installing the chips in my new car, I called the dealership up and told them what letter I received, and they called me back a couple days later and told me the part is in. I scheduled the service for 7:45 in the morning, they told me it’s about a 2 to 3 hour service, so they gave me a ride home. It’s now going on 2 o’clock in the afternoon and they never did the chip service because they said they didn’t have the part. I called them back and play the voicemail. I was left that said the part came in to schedule the service. So I did schedule the service for it, but got no service. I don’t think they know what’s really going on there. Time to find a new service dealership.

I purchased a new Chevy Colorado. The salesman was John Zvosecz. This was a great experience. There wasn't any high pressure. I took the truck for a test drive and that sold me. John showed me how all of the controls work. After I purchased the truck he took me to the gas station and filled the tank. That cost $75.00. Very Happy
