Bought a 2023 elevation pick up in November 2023. Pick it up windshield washer didn’t work because they filled it full of water. Purchased wheel, flares and running boards brought in. They had it all day, but they didn’t have time for the running boards that night we all flares started coming off brought it back in the next day took pictures of the flares first service advisor said you can wait in the waiting room And I’ll get somebody on it right away. 15 minutes later he walked in, got me and said me and the mechanic are wondering what your concerns are with your wheel flares they fixed them and then tried to make me think I was crazy and I said just look at the pictures on my phone. They didn’t know what to say. Moving onto my steering column that kept coming apart. It’s plastic it snaps together, brought it into them four times for them to look at it only in order. Parts said they ordered Parts said they replaced Parts that came apart again, but I marked them this time and no they didn’t replace them. My marks are still on them Besides the four times for them to look at it for that steering column. They worked on it five times for the steering provided me a brand new rental truck and guess what same thing Siri column was coming apart, brought in for wind noise for them to look at it another time for them to work on it and another time for them to work on it Probably in for a new key fob and an update that was needed 3 1/2 hours later, they didn’t have time to do the key fob. Engine light comes on set up an appointment. Bring it in set up another appointment when the parts will be ordered. Bring it in wait for 3 1/2 hours and they tell me they have to order parts and I said excuse me and he said well your engine lights on I said what do you think you set the appointment up for and all it was was a charcoal canister they said they don’t have one. They’d have to order it. I could get one from GM. My calls in one day the Dickinson dealership and the Williston dealership and one in Bismarck all three that I called said they have plenty of them on hand all dealerships do. Then service manager called me and told me they didn’t say this or that about something. I can’t even remember and she said I know because we record every phone conversation that comes in here without telling the other person I asked she said we don’t have to their service advisors, their service manager their service all the way around is absolutely horrendous. I’m bringing my pick up now down to Bismarck After 18 appointments. I’m not counting the appointments I set up to have running boards put on or something I requested things that have been wrong or they couldn’t fix as a sidenote if you ever get your oil changed yet Ryan Chevrolet and you rotate your tires and they tell you that you need to rotate your tires after that keep in mind you pay $30 if you request it if it’s on their printout they charge you 100 this is also my third oil change and they told me I needed to replace my throttlebody needed a fuel injection cleaning and a front alignment. Wonder how many people fall for that my truck has 18,000 miles on it.

Beautiful show room and excellent customer service. They helped me get exactly what we wanted and get on our way. Ryan also had a vast selection of vehicles for us to choose from in the suv lineup.

Worst chevy dealership I have done business with. Still waiting on a refund on a cancelled contract that I had to inquire about multiple times . Taxes and fees weren’t done correctly for my out of state purchase. Was told I need to eat it . Lack of customer service. Would never buy from again !
