Absolutely worst experience buying a truck. I purchased two vehicles. when it was J&M Chevrolet. Have waited over two months to get tags for the new truck that we bought. If I had known that new ownership was this bad I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Damaged my car,never told me about it, Former employee contacted me about the damage I have pictures of the damage eight months later after employee left the dealership because of the way they were treating customers, They kept telling me parts were backordered, and they would deliver it. When I finally had to come get the vehicle I wanted to realize eight months later it was damaged and they patched it up and this comes from my former employee

Absolute chevy has poor customer service. We bought a truck from this place last year. Had to call back to get paperwork sent to state dmv to get the registration straight. Now a year later our registration is on hold by the state because they failed to send the paperwork. We called the sales manager 2 days ago. He said paperwork would be ready. Called yesterday to confirm left 4 messages and no one responded. Went there today and told my elderly mother who owns the vehicle she had to wait 2 hrs for the sales manager andy to show up at 11am to get the paperwork.
