I drove about four hours to the dealership to put eyes on a vehicle I viewed on-line. I 'd first spoke with my sales associate Joey. However, when I arrived Joey was busy squaring up a deal with another customer. To my surprise one of the Sales Managers (Roma) step in and made a complete presentation of the vehicle to me. Roma's complete transparency, straight forward approach and sales integrity helped to close the deal. A few days later my salesman Joey picked up the reins and went out of his way to deliver the vehicle to driveway at no additional charge.
