Sir Walter Chevrolet

I recently purchased a slightly used 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Sir Walter Chevrolet in Raleigh, NC, and what started as an exciting new truck buy has quickly turned into a nightmare. Less than a month after driving it off the lot, I noticed the engine overheating, and I’ve had to constantly monitor and refill the coolant levels daily just to keep it running safely. I took it to my trusted mechanic, who performed a pressure test and confirmed an upper radiator hose leak. The vehicle is still well under warranty, so I reached out to Sir Walter’s service department expecting a straightforward fix. Instead, they’ve been dragging their feet—insisting I schedule an appointment at their convenience, drop off the truck, and wait for them to “figure it out” whenever they get around to it. No sense of urgency, no loaner vehicle offered, and no willingness to make this right without me jumping through unnecessary hoops. This is unacceptable for a dealership selling certified or warrantied vehicles. Buyers beware: inspect everything thoroughly before signing, and don’t count on prompt post-sale support. I’m posting this in hopes it lights a fire under them to resolve my issue properly, but based on my experience so far, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere for your next Chevy.

FALSE Advertising !! Saw a deal they had online for a truck. For $35k Bought it online at the price they had listed. Drove over an hour to go pick it up and they told me they weren't selling it to me for that price and that they will refund my money. Would not trust them because since then I have seen them do that mulitple times. Should be illegal to advertise items they don't sell at that price.
