Extremely disrespectful experience beginning with the
Extremely disrespectful experience beginning with the salesman Kane and quickly ending with the "numbers" guy Jimmy. These guys remind me of the typical used car salesman tough guy attitude. Kane, I bought the truck at another dealership within hours of your attitude problem for much less than what you quoted me. You both have lost me as a customer for life and I look forward to alerting everyone I know to not shop at your dealership. Bad culture at this dealership.

Salesman, Brad, did very well, however, the General
Salesman, Brad, did very well, however, the General Manager would not honor the Supplier Discount that we were entitled to. General Motor’s guideline states the MSRP should be used when giving the supplier discount, but the GM refused and said the discount was already accounted for in the deal. Except, when the deal was made, we had not even talked about the supplier discount, so that was not true. The GMC discount guidelines are set for dealers who participate in the discount program, and this dealership does participate!’ We would NOT recommend this dealership based on our experience of their manipulation of facts and numbers.
