I am livid with the customer service I received today upon arrival the 2 people that were there with no customer acted as if they didn't see me my appointment was at 10:30 for which I arrived on time I was told it would take about 2 hrs to fix my vehicle Suttle took me home Ty sir, said he would return to take be back problem is NO ONE NO ONE called to update me about my vehicle even after I called them to check in as usual no one was available in the service but via message was told someone would call me shortly that was around 4pm nothing I need a vehicle I needed a vehicle they left the shop with total disregard for me and my family's needs what if I had an emergency what if i had other responsibilities totally unexceptable and disrespectful so diapointed i hope that this is not the norm Get It Together
