Bill Cram Chevrolet

I recently this week purchased a 2022 Chevy Trax. I worked with Zak. He was friendly, professional and most of all very patient. My prior 2016 vehicle that I also had purchased from Bill cram Chevrolet in 2018, had 196,563 miles on it and was time for an upgrade. In less than 24 hours I was driving out of the parking lot with my new vehicle! The whole process was wonderful from start to finish. Thank you Zak for the wonderful car buying experience! Tim Ritter and everyone working with us worked hard to get us in a new Equinox for less interest than we were paying on our 2021 Equinox. They all had smiles and very courteous.

I was looking for a VW Tiguan, and stopped at Bill Cram within a couple days of a Tiguan (SEL R-line Black) being listed. Matt was friendly, helpful, easy going, transparent from start to finish, and low pressure. He's a super low pressure salesman. My car was marked below market value (from my own research I knew this), and they found me a good deal on financing as well. Unprompted, when my registration came through a couple weeks later, they included a refund on the cost. Not a ton of money, but a voluntary gesture. Matt told me they stay in business based on word of mouth and repeated customers. I believe it, and I'd certainly talk to Matt again when I need a car in the future. Thank you! I love it.
