I worked with Izaya Christopher to Lease a 2025 Silverado 1500. He was truley awesome to work with. He went over and above to accomidate me in everyway. I will return to work with him for sure in the future and I recomend evryone to seek him out for any auto needs. Cant say enough about how good he is to make your experience one that is great for you.

Not impressed with my service experience in Spencerport. Dropped car off for an oil change and inspection. 4 hours later, it's not done. The service writer, Brandon, gave me attitude why I was there and asked me if I had gotten a call/text that it was done? It is so hard to find good help these days! I'll do my own service from now on.

I purchased a pre-certified 2021 Trail Boss from them. About 8,000 miles after I purchased it, I noticed both front tires were worn bald on the inside. They claim that before you buy the vehicle, they go over the entire vehicle including alignment but there’s no possible way that this truck was aligned correctly when you see the damage done to what were new tires upon the purchase. They showed me a paper that said the vehicle was aligned (I mean, if it’s written down, it must be true!🤷🏻‍♂️) and then refused to replace the tires or admit that they were obviously at fault. I see many reviews written for them right after a purchase but almost none that back up their service promises because once you drive away they write you off.
