oil change
the car was handled properly however the service guy was rude and arrogant and jerked me around for over 4 hours for an oil change

A day at the fights
witnessed the GM get into a physical altercation with a salesperson! Cursing & un-professionalism from him as well. Real classy place. This is who GM & Cadillac have as a representative of the "Mark of Excellence"?

My Buick
They made it so easy to turn in my lease car early and pickup a new lease car. I spoke about I wanted and what I wanted to spend. I went in for a test drive and picked it up on my schedule two days later. They listened to everything I had to say. Tom did whatever it took to make me happy.
