preston is a good dude, tracy is nice, however they sold
preston is a good dude, tracy is nice, however they sold me a truck that immediately needs new tires, how it passed inspection at their ( own shop) is mindblowing. i also had to wait 3 weeks for title. i failed to observe tires, so it is partly on me. do not recommend this dealership.

From start to finish, my time at Paul Brown Chevy was smooth. From Preston, Tracy, Jim and the rest of the staff, everyone was very helpful. They were friendly, very easy to talk to. As a woman its intimidating to go to a dealership to buy a car but this was by far my smoothest and easiest sale of my life. Highly recommend and will only go there from now on!! Thank you again for my dream Jeep!

Preston was great! He was very helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for me! I enjoyed working with him. I wasn't expecting to pick my truck up so soon but everyone worked together to ensure ai was able to drive off the lot that day!

I grew up in the car business but I never thought I would be a car dealer myself. My dad worked as many as 70 hours a week and while we ate dinner played baseball games went to the movies my Dad was usually at work. As we grew up my father never once encouraged us to be car dealers. He wanted us to see new places work in another industry and mostly to go to college. I did my best to fulfill my Dad's wishes but never figured out why my Dad wasn't eager for his children to join his business.
