Ok so my wife went to Towne Chevrolet for an oil change
Ok so my wife went to Towne Chevrolet for an oil change and surprised me with a phone call that she bought a vehicle while she was there. Later that day we drove down with our trade in vehicle and while we were there I made an appointment to have the passenger side airbag recall fixed on my Tahoe. A few days later I brought it in for the appointment, waited while they fixed it and the drove back home. The next day while driving I noticed the dashboard was bouncing up and down making a very annoying noise, so I called Towne and they had me bring it back for them to fix it. I waited in the waiting room and the tech came to get me and wanted to know exactly what the problem was. So I showed her that the 3 of the 7 snap in clips that hold the dashboard down were broken right off the bottom of the dashboard and it wouldn't stay attached. She adamantly denied that they broke that saying they didn't do it. I've owned this Tahoe for 7 years and never had any problem with the dashboard before this. My wife and I will be taking our business elsewhere after this experience

Miss diagnoses
Found a pretty severe leak under my truck on a Monday afternoon. Took to town Chevy in north collins the following morning when they changed a power steering line. Two days later my truck was still leaking the way it was on Monday. Contacted mark a was on the list for Friday morning. They then determined it was a transmission line that was leaking. After charging me for a part that was not bad a the service they covered the transmission line a that service. However! They neglected to clean up the copious amount of fluid that had leaked all over the underside of my truck. With that I?m still getting spots under my vehicle so I don?t know if something else is leaking or if it?s just the fluid that was left uncleared that is dripping off. A blind person could have diagnosed that better.
