I brought my car in for service there was a wire hanging.
I brought my car in for service there was a wire hanging. They said they plugged it back in and that it may or may not work. When I went to tow my trailer I noticed that the lights did not work. After looking under the truck I noticed they never re connected it. I brought it back they told me everything was fine. I was ask by the service advisor to crawl under the car and disassemble the part so she could see what I was talking about. After she saw it I was told that they would have the part and install it the following week. After a week no call back nothing I asked to speak with the service manager never returned my call. Apparently the techs they have there do not do there jobs. The pictures speak for themselves. I would give no stars if I could.

PLEASANT STAFF AND HONEST. THEY NEVER ADD ON SERVICES THAT ARE NOT READY TO BE DONE. VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I KNOW I'M GETTING THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.
