Unprofessional
Out of state buyer. Assigned sales person Dwayne. I was really interested in a vehicle and offered to make down payment over phone and pick up if we agreed on price. Dwayne said he would get back with me and then wouldn’t answer my calls. I called the dealership to speak with a manager. Not available and they said would receive a call in 30 minutes. Again, nothing. I would have appreciated honesty and telling me they had no interest in making a sale to an out of state person. Instead, I wasted my time and effort.
