Awful experience!
Awful experience! Didn’t fix problem- had to tow a second time! Nobody wants to talk to you when you’re unhappy!

Hello Brenda, Thank you for your review and I'm so sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience. It is my understanding that your vehicle initially had a bad battery, and it needed to be replaced to determine if there were any underlying issues that required repair. When the battery was replaced, the issues did not immediately present themselves and we released the vehicle to you. Shortly thereafter, additional trouble lights came back on, and the vehicle was towed to our shop. We then diagnosed the condition and repaired the vehicle and delivered it back to you. It is my understanding that you were satisfied with this follow-up visit. Great place very friendly people and staff they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and cleaned it as well. I would absolutely recommend getting repairs done especially at thoer collision center

Wonderful Service Team
After purchasing my brand new Traverse less than 2 weeks earlier, it was struck by another vehicle while parked, knocking off the driver?s side mirror. Service manager Tom went on a difficult scavenger hunt to locate a replacement! Unfortunately, the mirror he worked so hard to secure arrived damaged, and Tom had to begin the search again. I was updated by the service team during each step of the process- and as promised, my car was beautifully repaired. I was surprised to learn how labor-intensive finding seemingly common parts can often be. I truly appreciate all the time and effort invested by the service team to repair my merely inconvenient situation.
