Still waiting for a call back about my warranty coverage
Still waiting for a call back about my warranty coverage regarding my check engine light they diagnosed when I had my oil changed there a week ago and still need fixed.

We were waiting for a decision from your warranty company that was taking longer than expected. Awful experience!
Awful experience! Didn’t fix problem- had to tow a second time! Nobody wants to talk to you when you’re unhappy!

Hello Brenda, Thank you for your review and I'm so sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience. It is my understanding that your vehicle initially had a bad battery, and it needed to be replaced to determine if there were any underlying issues that required repair. When the battery was replaced, the issues did not immediately present themselves and we released the vehicle to you. Shortly thereafter, additional trouble lights came back on, and the vehicle was towed to our shop. We then diagnosed the condition and repaired the vehicle and delivered it back to you. It is my understanding that you were satisfied with this follow-up visit. Great place very friendly people and staff they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and cleaned it as well. I would absolutely recommend getting repairs done especially at thoer collision center
