The Salesman-Manager at Upstate, Attica New York was so good to me. His name is Al Ficarella. He helped me chose the right vehicle for me to lease. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. I leased from "another dealership" in 2023, the salesman was so pushy, and I felt like he really did not care as long as he sold me a lease. Al was not like that at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I needed or did not need. I will be returning to this dealership in 3 years when my lease vehicle needs to be turned in. My daughter also leases from the "other" dealership, and she has decided to go to Upstate in Attica NY in one year when her lease is up. Very pleased with my whole visit at Upstate, Attica, NY.

The phone call wasn’t bad but you drive a ways away to check out a truck n you pull up 9 codes on it and it’s leaking oil and it wont shift into four wheel drive , it was also advertised as having no rust but he bottom bed rails had rust flaking off its called false advertising u point all that out n get told its called advertising. They are trying to find some dummy to buy it and xxxx them over, people don’t waste your time going to any of there dealerships they are all full of excuses . This is the dealership in Holland ny manager’s name is Mike do not trust anything he says
