I recently had tires put on my Chevy Equinox. The cost was more than I was expecting. Temple at the Fuccillo in Adams took care of it for me, and it was in a very timely manner. She understood where I was coming from as a customer. I am very happy with the customer service she gave me. Thank you Temple!

Diagnostic and Troubleshooting

I took my vehicle in 8/24/2020 for a diagnostic to determine why my transmission wasn’t shifting properly. After paying $105 for a diagnostic I was told that the TCM and vehicle wiring harness were ok but further troubleshooting needed to be done. I was quoted 2 hours labor for further troubleshooting so I agreed. After the troubleshooting was completed I was told that the transmission input speed sensor was bad and that repairs would be $1600. After I declined the repairs my vehicle transmission pan was reinstalled and fluid filled. I was told the charge was $475. I disputed the bill with the service manager and the total was reduced to $356.67. I purchased a rebuilt transmission and had it installed just to find that I had the same shifting issues. After further troubleshooting it was determined that the TCM was bad after all. What a horrible experience
