My experience with your sales person JoJo was very knowledgeable.kind and helpful.She kept looking and pursuing my vision of the car i wanted.Thank you JoJo and RK Chevrolet for securing my dream car.

Brought vehicle in for a recall. These guys did a different recall at the time and didn't explain it to me. My vehicle barley runs now and they are denying all responsibility leaving me with a bill to have it repaired somewhere else. Service team was great but then the service "manager" was obviously trained with a script to deal with these issues. No real care for their customers. Emailed the general manager (I guess that is his title) James Gee and he did not respond as I knew he wouldnt. I reported them to the BBB which they are not accredited . This is all over possibly $250 or $300. Im definitely going to turn this into a much larger problem than is has to be.

Vineland Chevrolet dealership Sales guy and manager offended me by stating my truck smell like weed when they took it for a test drive as I was looking forward to trade it. I was offended by them! I am Hispanic hard working female and clean of substances. How dare them assuming that of me. It’s obvious that they don’t have any professional experience! Worst experience ever!
