Terrible dishonesty and incompetent in service department and related upper management agressive behavior. Vehicle removed after demanded payment and taken to other franchisee out of town. Chrysler needs to revoke this dealer franchise.

Poor service
Dropped my vehicle off Monday 4/11 for a pre schedule appointment for LOF, Rotate tires, and asked to have the tech investigate a “buzzing” in n the dash. Vehicle wasn’t ready Monday evening Tuesday I got a call that they had 4 hours into my vehicle and it wasn’t ready for pick up Tuesday. I got a text Wednesday morning that the vehicle needed to be test driven. I got another text that said my vehicle was ready. The buzzing was corrected but, No lube oil or filter No tire rotation I gave up 2 days of work for someone to work for 4 hours on my vehicle.

Absolute worst experience ever. Car taken in for a simple oil change. Arrive 5 minutes before our appointment. Told it will be a few hours before we can be seen due to a Christmas party. We leave. It took 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone. Hit 0 for operator and you get voicemail Hit 1 for sales you get a guy in Cherry Hill Hit 2 for Service. Put on hold immediately. Hit 3 for parts. They answer but will do nothing but transfer you back to voicemail. After being on hold for 25 yes 25 minutes I get a manager. Talks us into returning. HUGE MISTAKE. Told the car needs a software update. Not told how long that will take. Our 1PM appointment ends at 4:45. They admit to not telling us the software update will take more than an hour and a half. That's AFTER the oil change. They knew it would be at least an hour but failed to inform us. A software update that was not needed at that moment. Now we have missed 2 other appointments. And will be late for a 3rd. All because of the complete lack of competent communication between staff and a customer. Go there if you enjoy being treated as if your time isn't nearly as valuable as theirs.
