We highly recommend this dealership after buying many cars through the years. I wish we only went here. They were amazing Robbie was our salesman. He is absolutely amazing knows everything about every vehicle easy to talk to and also his manager both made it very easy to purchase the car for exactly what the price was promised, which is very rare I would not go any place else.

Best Buying Experience!
We had visited MANY dealerships looking for an SUV and purchased our SUV from Nielsen. Our Sales Rep Robby was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with, as was Roy the Sales Manager and William the Finance Manager. The entire team at Nielsen was great… no hassle, no gimmicks, no hard sell. If you are looking for the best possible car buying experience we highly recommend Nielsen Chevrolet in Dover. Awesome experience and fast, easy process
Everyone at Nielsen Chevrolet was pleasant and friendly. From the receptionist to sales associate and to the finance manager. They answered all my questions and helped me to run the transaction smoothly, as I was getting the car from NJ but had to register the car in Maine, where I live. Thanks to the current economy, still feeling the COVID supply chain issues, I had to go to NJ (thankfully due to family) and was able to get the exact make and model with all the extra that I wanted within the same day of me to walking on that dealership floor. Would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone who wants fast and well explained process.
