They in my.0pinion is much better than the one on the Blvd In Philly they they give you a multi point inspection and rotate your tires without you asking for it's apart of the oil change 😉

I am responding to your request for a review of my experience with Hessert Chevrolet. In a word-horrendous! I made appt. for regular check up for my car and was told when I made the appt. that it would take an hr. and a half to complete the checkup-the usual time frame for a regular checkup. There was no warning that the bill would be hundreds over what I expected. When I arrived, I was told I was being charged $1,000 plus!! I was in shock! After waiting 2 hrs and 20 minutes., and no updates on whatever they were doing to my car, I realized what a scam I was involved in. I asked when the car would finally be complete, he told me it would another 45 min. With that info, I told him to stop any further work so I could leave. I will not deal with Hessert Chevrolet again. I dealt with them several times in the past and was always given all needed info before and after the work was done with no complaints. What has happened there at Hessert????
