High Pressure, low tolerance, want stand behind there
High Pressure, low tolerance, want stand behind there promises. Bought a used truck less than 30 days had a problem with ignition switch, was told I'd have to leave at seevice center for undisclosed amount of time( this is my only mode of transportation to work) was told I'd have to rent a car from them at $50.00 a day until they got around to look at it. $30,000 down the toilet with this shady bunch, just run away and find a real dealership.

Took my vehicle in for service. They took me on time and were very efficient. Gave me a detailed rundown of the service and charges, and had everything ready when they said they would.

Took my truck in for it's regular maintenance.
Took my truck in for it's regular maintenance. It took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed the whole time. This is the second vehicle I bought from Hessert.Jim Borgman was our sale person on both purchases and is an asset to their business.
