This was our second personal buy here and it was great. Joe is extremely helpful and weighed all of our options with us. This trip I was alone with my 8 month old baby and it was honestly a breeze. Clean, friendly atmosphere to hang out in while paperwork was handled. That aspect was simple as well. I appreciated the large selection of vehicles in the showroom as well. No need on this particular trip to even go outside to shop - not something I was looking forward to in the winter with a baby so this worked perfectly. Was in and out with a new car in a couple hours. Joe helped transfer things from my car including the car seat (Moms know this is huge) plus little things people commonly forget like the garage door opener and EZPass. We couldn?t recommend Joe Allen and Banks Chevrolet in Concord enough!

I took my '15 Yukon Denali XL for service the Friday after New Years. The service department was extremely busy with appointment and walk-ins. They managed to get my truck in and out in less than 2 hrs. I went prepared to wait for the morning because of the date. Another great showing for the service people.

I purchased a used 2016 corvette from Banks with 2k miles. Banks said they would stand behind the car if any issues arose - turned out there was an issue and they went out of the way to take care of it. They kept their word - highly recommended.
