I called my Service (Fleet) Consultant Nick on a noise
I called my Service (Fleet) Consultant Nick on a noise I had in my suspension. He set an appointment the next day. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I am so happy with the cost, service and the professionalism that Nick demonstrated. You are always part of the family with Findlay Chevrolet. They have my total trust! David was a godsend.
David was a godsend. Him and Michael Arthur we assuring as I made the car purchase. However, I asked if the financing was good, I was assured and sent on m way. From October 29th, until November 22, I was under the impression that I was good and that I still may need a co-signer. That was stressful. I then received an email thanking me for my purchase day later. Thus, I believe all was good and I can enjoy the used vehicle. Now, on December 10th, I am told that the car must be returned. This is crazy. The financing department, with there false assurances, has really stressed me out, scrambling now during the holiday season. I was even assured that in house financing was a great option.
