Needed help with registration paperwork after a purchase
Needed help with registration paperwork after a purchase on Nov 5th. I’ve tried contacting staff during business hours and can’t find anyone willing to take my call. I’ve left several messages with finance staff and title person and have not gotten a single call back. Seems that they don’t care about helping customers after closing a sale. Seems like a used car lot not a Chevrolet dealership. I’ve purchased GM vehicles, new and used, over the years from several Chevrolet and GM dealerships and this is the worst customer service I have experienced. Save yourselves a giant headache and go to another GM dealership.
