We live in Phoenix AZ and were visiting friends in Elko when we started having car issues. We drove to this dealership and the customer service we received exceeded our expectations. We drove to Riverton and explained the situation to Nick and the warning that we were getting. Within 30 minutes or so, he diagnosed the problem and informed us that it appeared to be under warranty. If not covered by the GM warranty, Nick offered to reach out to the company from which we purchased an extended warranty. Unfortunately, due to the ruralness of Elko, we had to wait for the part to be delivered on Thursday as it was late afternoon on Tuesday and too late to get the part on Wednesday. I told Nick we understood but needed to be home by Friday and we would like to leave Elko by noon on Thursday (Apx 12 to 13 hour drive). Nick said he would do his best and provided a ride to our friends house. The part came in early Thursday morning and we were on our way shortly after noon. We felt that they made our repair a priority even though we did not purchase the car there. We are greatly appreciative of the service we got and Riverton (especially Nick) made a difficult situation very manageable for us. Thanks to the entire service department at Riverton. Tony Asit
