Jesse and Josh in maintenance were great. Got my car in before schedule,and did an amazing job. Hands down the best experience with this company I've ever had in my 5 years as a customer. Thanks guys!!!

Greg Young service department has had our 2018 chevy high

Greg Young service department has had our 2018 chevy high country truck since the end of July!!!! All because it wouldn't start!!! It has been a nightmare. Not alot of contact, we usually have to call and check on the status. We did get to pick it up twice, with it breaking down before we could drive it 24hours. We understand the lack of parts and employees but this is unreal. Our summer has been awful, we normally go camping and mow yards, etc. We have lost a ton of money. The service department seems nice and clean, and Hayden has been nice when we have reached out. We are not sure all the issues but if the job is too much for their mechanic then they need to call in someone else. In the last few weeks they were able to loan us a vehicle, but that is a whole other story!!!

I took my 2021 Traverse to the Plattsmouth dealer 2 weeks

I took my 2021 Traverse to the Plattsmouth dealer 2 weeks ago for warranty work. When I physically checked on it yesterday they had not even started the repair. The part was delivered and I was told that they only had 2 mechanics that could do the work and due to a recall on the 2024 traverses they were priority. When I try to contact the service department I have to go through an operator who sends and email to the advisor and I have only heard back from them one time. They did give me a courtesy car but I wish I had taken to another dealer, I will never go back there for service or to buy a vehicle!
