I would avoid buying from this dealer in the future.

I would avoid buying from this dealer in the future. Especially when buying out of state. I purchased a used Suburban from Woodhouse and although they were great to work with their inspection process isn’t very thorough or transparent. After receiving the vehicle I needed to have the vehicle inspected in order to buy an extended warranty. Four obvious issues were identified that should have been resolved by even a simple inspection. The air ride suspension bags were not holding air, oil cooling lines were leaking (visible stains), sway bar link bushings were missing, and check engine light showed oil pressure error codes (replaced oil pressure sensor and codes continued. Technician replaced oil and filter and discovered even though the computer had been reset the oil was dark and filthy and had not been changed). In total I spent nearly $2k making these repairs. I reached out to Woodhouse informing them of the situation and asked if they would be willing to pay half of the repairs to show good business. Unfortunately they gave me the runaround and have now stopped responding to me. In the end, I’m happy with the car and would still work with the dealer to rectify if they would be willing

The Service Department is Second to None!

The Service Department is Second to None!!! I was kept updated on the progress truthfully. My Service Consultant Steve French was Outstanding!!! Very Knowledgeable and People Friendly. He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!... Now, that's customer satisfaction!!!

American Horror Story, Omaha style. Last Friday, March 18th 2022 I drove to Huber Chevrolet. I had 2 previous new car purchases with Terry Cipkas, one of their 2 sales managers, and hoped to buy a '22 Custom 2500 listed online. As I stood at the counter waiting for a test drive, Terry Cipkas typed a bit, scanned his pc monitor, kept talking. After several minutes, he handed me a price-print out. I was to pay full sticker price. Ok. But the kicker? My 2018 F150 Fx4 Coyote loaded V8 .. WITH ONLY 8,920 MILES and in mint condition, was worth less than $32,000 !! And somehow, even at 7 years with fairly good credit, MY PAYMENTS WERE TO BE OVER $800. Virturally, a huge kick in the teeth, and about as disrespectful as you could get. Taking the high road, I thanked them, and walked away. IF THIS REVIEW WITH COMMENTS CAN HELP KEEP JUST ONE PERSON FROM HAVING TO GO THROUGH THIS, IT IS WELL WORTH MY EFFORTS. PLEASE, BE INFORMED BEFORE SHOPPING HUBER CHEVROLET.
