Last May I was in the Market for an EV.
Last May I was in the Market for an EV. The chevy blazer seemed to be the best for what I needed. Denny Menholt had 2 and advertised that they would put the $7,500 tax to my down payment. (first lie) when I got working on the deal they said they could not do that so they would discount the car $7,500. (second lie) They had me sign papers so fast I didn't get a chance to see they didn't give me that discount. Of course when I went back a few days later to show them the error no one count remember what the deal was that they promised me. To make matters worse. My wife was so impressed the salesman she purchased a new ice Blazer the same day I bought my EV. She drives a lot and so when we picked up her Blazer we drove to Missoula. The car had multiple electrical problems. When we got back they reset the car and we tried that for awhile. The car continued to have problems with the addaptive cruise. On the third visit to Denny Menholt the service manager (Terry) told us that the addaptive cruise was supposed to disconnect randomly. Saying it was a safety feature. (I will call this lie number 3 but it was probably higher) We started taking the car to other dealerships to be fixed. Finnally HKT in Glendive was able to find the problem and fix it. The car seems to be working fine now except for some interior lighting issues. Bottom line. Avoid Chevy products. And if you still want a Chevy never do business with Denny Menholt. You know they are lying if thier lips are moving.

Working with a single sales person end-2-end was a good
Working with a single sales person end-2-end was a good experience. There was no attempt to tag-team me, or pass me around to difference sales personnel. Glenn is easy going and very accommodating. The contract office was a straight forward and a quick process. This experience was unlike other dealers where hours can be spend in that office playing math games with the sale. I very much appreciate the straight forward process among sales and contract offices.
