They are always very professional.
They are always very professional. The only complaint I have is that we had the battery changed on our key fob a few months ago & we had to have it changed again last week. Would have been nice to gotten some kind of a discount.

We are a Hometown Dealer Family own dealership that still believes in the customer, doing the right thing, and making sure they are happy. Gastorf doesn't ADD for Admin/Doc fees! If we add something it is mark very clear on the car and website. We will not just hand the keys when the deal is done, we are always around after the sales to help out as much as you need. This is a family that works as a team to make sure we get the job done correct. Our Manager has over 29 years in the business to make sure we are always stepping forward. We have a full service and Body Shop when you need others things owning your vehicle. Gastorf is not always right but we sure trying to make a better place to send your hard earn money. Our service department runs the same way to make sure our customers get things done and not sit around all day. We are human remember that we all make mistakes but will try to make it right when it's our fault. You are always welcome to hang out and bring in your dog.
