Reliable Chevrolet made buying my new truck a very enjoyable experience. Blade listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect truck. Ethan streamlined the financing and even found me more discounts. Even after the sale the manager called to see if there was anything that I needed and asked how I was enjoying the truck. Overall fantastic buying experience. I was not bombarded with salesmen or was pressured into anything. All my vehicles will now come from reliable Chevrolet.

Abhorrent experience.
Abhorrent experience. Had a verbal agreement to purchase a truck and have it delivered, ran the credit check and then no one contacted me. This was monthend so I think they sold the truck out from under me to pad their numbers. I called the next week and the new sales manager claimed someone "took the other key." Also claimed they'd make it right but then radio silence again. Emailed the general manager and no response. I'm sure they'll suppress this review.
