This place is a joke!

Reviewed by CReevesNovember 03, 2025

This place is a joke!! Just bought a brand new 2025 Trail Boss and already have paint chipping. We’ve had it 2 weeks!! Their fix is to offer us a paint pin and blaming us for driving rock roads!! Are you freakin kidding me!?!? Traded in a 2021 Ford F-150 that we bought brand new in 2021 and drove gravel for 4 years without any problems!! I will NOT recommend this place to anyone! Take your money somewhere else!!!!!!

Do not buy a car here.

Reviewed by lace.wied13September 24, 2025

Do not buy a car here. I purchased a car with the warranty... Two months later they had to change the Pistons in my motor which they did not report to Carfax so it didn't make my vehicle value higher.. a couple months later I had the transmission flushed, because I had been having issues with the gear shifting no matter how many times I complained they told me that there is nothing wrong with it but they flushed it. I take it in a couple months later for a wobble.. and they tell me that my transmission is about to go. Since the car is under warranty I tell them that I want them to fix it obviously but the warranty only covers half of your car's Blue book value so that means the Piston repair that they did on my car not two months after having it supposedly used all of my warranty. So I am making payments on a car that has already had the pistons replaced and needs a new transmission and I have not had for 2 years, have only driven approximately 30,000 miles, and they do not care what so ever I can't get anyone to call me back half of the time. Do not buy your car here, they are terrible people who do not care if the mess up your life by selling you a car they know is junk. -- update on my review, had to replace both lower control arms, ( which if you look on google you can get two for less than 150$.) Even though my warranty is supposed to cover everything, the total repair cost was 1200$. I have to pay 550 out of pocket.. like I said go to a different dealership, you will probably have better luck, and get a better car.
