WORTH IT
We drove 3 hours to see Chris Eads at Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St. Peters and we would do it 100x over. We are from a small town where the local dealership takes advantage of their convenience, so we branched out. After a miserable experience with Shottenkirk in Fort Madison, IA and Quincy, IL. we were hesitant to work with another dealership that had multiple locations. Chris made purchasing this vehicle a breeze. He reached out, made sure the vehicle was available, and had it brought from a different location by the time we made it there. He had it hand washed and waiting for us when we arrived. Chris treated us like we were human and not just another person to make a dollar off of. We appreciate the customer service from Chris at Lou Fusz, will recommend them to friends & family, and continue to go here for future vehicles. THANK YOU!

I've spent thousands of dollars on repairs
I have an engine light on my primary vehicle, I was given an appointment, drop my car off the night before, service tech(Bobby) called 8ish , we discussed the codes then he stated he couldn't guaranteed the repair today (Friday) and may need to keep it until Tuesday after Memorial Day, he wouldn't know until he talk to the tech. I asked about a loaner, he said stated they didn't have any. I stressed that my car (2017 camaro) was my only means of transportation and could he let me know what's going on with my car as soon as possible. Bobby agree to. I waited until 4:15p, called for Bobby, to my surprise he was gone for the day. No call back! I found out from another person in the service dept. my car had never been looked at and they couldn't get to it until Tuesday after the holiday. I stated that I would be there before closing to pick up my car. I've spent thousands of dollars in repairs to this dealership and this isn't the first time I was given bad service. I bring my car back hoping my customer service won't be the same from the last time and I prefer to have all of my repairs done at one place. Thank you but no thank you! Mr. Lou Fusz ... All customers should be treated equally and with superior service! My thousands of dollars didn't come with bad service! I'm sure if I was a relative or friend of yours or Bobby...my service would've been different! I'll take my business where I'm treated properly.
