Front of dealership and pricing 5 star. Closing 1 star. Problems processing gm voucher and long wait for warranty/closing representative.

The sales manager word for word said there was “something wrong with every vehicle on the lot” Test drive first vehicle A and as I was driving, a message popped up saying it needed new break pads - after buying a different vehicle (vehicle B), i found out neither vehicle had been inspected. I asked what would’ve happened if the breaks would have went out while I was driving car A? Manager could not give me an answer whatsoever. Two salesmen and myself thought I would be leaving with vehicle B only found out the vehicle had yet to be inspected. Upon inspection, my salesmen messaged and said it had an oil leak but that was all he knew. So I called the service dept. and was given no help - “talk to the salesmen or sales manager” Sales Manager had no regard for anyone but himself - even throwing his employees under the bus, and blaming their skills. Completely unprofessional.
