We found the vehicle we wanted online and visited the used sales building. Leo was amazing explaining everything to us and did a great job listening to our concerns, questions, and demands lol. Not pushy at all like we can be accustomed to with car sales. We worked through pricing and options and had a great experience. When we met with Sheridan for explore other financing it was a breeze and even handled a paperwork mismatch extremely well. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend.

Aja did a fantastic job facilitating by first time buying a car. During my experience I was there for 4 total hours which was excessively long for just buying a new car. I was told that there were new technological updates that were making it difficult on the staff to complete paperwork, however I waited for almost 45 minutes just to talk with financing because people were "in front of me". From my perspective it just felt that immediately after the deal had been made I just got pushed to the side because I was trapped there until the car was ready. Also, I was a cash buyer so once I did finally get back with financing it took a whopping 5-10 minutes to complete paperwork...and the vehicle I had purchased had not even been pulled in for detailing after all of that time. To top it all off at the end when I finally get the keys there is only one that I am given, for a brand new car! As a realistic person I can understand navigating technical errors and things taking longer with new programs to navigate, but not getting both keys with a brand new car is completely unacceptable. I purchased this vehicle 01/21 and am writing this 01/27 with no idea when I am going to be given a second key...where did it go to begin with??

Bought a brand new Equinox in December.

Bought a brand new Equinox in December.Went to get it legal and get tags. I had the sales tax financed in my payments. The check was short so I had to pay the difference. Numerous calls and messages to see about some kind of reimbursement, never returned, transferred, hung up on. Drove up there, refused to let me speak to a manager or anyone from finance. Whoever it was I talked to told me I'd have to either refinance the entire deal or just deal with it.
