Poor Service
Scheduled an appointment with the service manager for an oil change at 7:30am. Published service hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm. When I arrived I was informed that they do not start until 8:00am. There was only 1 car that I could see in the service area. After they took my car in, they took it for a test drive and came back half an hour later. This has never happened for an oil change. My car was finally finished at 9:30am, 2 hours later.

To address the drivability concern we shifted the vehicle from the oil change technician to our drivability technician after the oil change service was completed.
